- 200 ml of yogurt or sour milk

Chop the cucumber into small slices after peeling it. Add a bit of salt and mix properly. Afterwards, add your milk or yogurt and mix well. Lastly, add your fresh onion. Done!
Cucumber Shake – Recipe:
- 1 cucumber
- 1 apple
- A handful of spinach
- 20 grams of almonds or walnuts
Blend the spinach, apple, and unpeeled cucumber together. Add the ginger and blend once more. Pour the shake in a large glass and put some crushed walnuts and almonds on top for decorations.
