Every day it seems a new diet is ready to make weight loss faster and easier than ever before. Or at least they say they are.
“Most fad diets go something like this: Take a few foods, give them ‘magic’ power, and set a plan to convince people that eating this way and only this way will promote weight loss,” says Alexandra Caspero, RD, a nutritionist based in Sacramento, Calif.
Most of them are made to eat healthy foods and exercise continuously. This is why a lot of people, scientists try to present some techniques to lose weight faster. Unfortunately most of them don’t work as they claim.
Why should you believe this one will work?
You should always have healthy skepticism, however in just 5 days you will know this works of not. It’s all-natural and since we are not trying get any money from you… what do you have to lose?

1 bunch of organic parsley (approximately 2 ounces)
1 organic lemon
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup purified water
Put the parsley in a blender after it’s finely chopped
Pour lemon juice in a blender on top of the parsley
Add cinnamon and water
How to Use:
Drink first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, don’t eat any food afterwards for at least 60 minutes.
Drink the juice for seven days continuously
Stop for 7 days and repeat this procedure for the next 7 days
